My credentials include certifications in menopause, fitness and nutrition coaching. I am a Registered Yoga and Aerial Arts Teacher and Howard University alum in Social Sciences.

I've lived on the East Coast, the West Coast, and Midwest. My career spanned the decades in corporate legal and corporate marketing. When the opportunity presented a chance to coach and support women, I was there and ready.  I operated a fitness studio for 10 years in the city of Milwaukee, WI from 2012 to 2022, which provided the business experience I needed to continue my chosen profession. Now, as a health and wellness coach, my clients come to me when they're looking for someone who will listen and guide them as they journey through life's stages.  Living and working in Lawrenceville, GA has been a godsend.  What a joy this has been as I keep my head in places where my soul leads me--always learning and being there for those who wish to learn and thrive.
