Hi, I’m Therese, a certified health coach specializing in menopause and women’s hormonal wellness. I help women navigate the often-overwhelming transition of perimenopause and menopause with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

For years, I watched women struggle silently with symptoms that disrupted their lives—hot flashes, mood swings, sleep issues, weight changes, and a sense of losing themselves. I knew there had to be a better way to support them. That’s why I became a menopause health coach: to be the guide I wish every woman had during this powerful, transformative stage of life.

My approach is holistic and personalized. I combine evidence-based wellness strategies with deep listening and coaching tools that empower you to take charge of your health. Whether you're just starting to notice changes or deep in the throes of menopause, I meet you where you are and walk beside you every step of the way.

I believe menopause isn’t something to “get through”—it’s a chance to reconnect with your body, redefine your priorities, and step into a new chapter with strength and grace.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me walking in nature, experimenting with plant-based recipes, teaching an online yoga class or aerial arts class, curled up with a good book, or spending time with my family and friends. I’m endlessly curious, deeply empathetic, and passionate about helping women feel seen, heard, and supported.

I’m here to support women in midlife and retirement as they navigate change, rediscover purpose, and embrace wellness from the inside out. My coaching is all about clarity, empowerment, and creating a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
